Opened in 1969, The Country Club at Silver Springs Shores was designed by legendary course architect Desmond Muirhead. With its severe greens and water in play on eight holes, ours is a challenging test for all skill levels.

Throughout the years, The Country Club has played host to numerous prestigious events, both professional and amateur. The 2007 Masters Champion, Zach Johnson, holds the tournament course record, carding a 63 on his way to winning the Hooters Tour event in fall 2001. Ted Potter Jr. has the non-tournament course record of 61.

In addition to providing challenging golf, The Country Club is also home to nearly every form of wildlife found in the state of Florida. Deer, wild turkey, alligators and bald eagles frequent the course. The Country Club at Silver Springs Shores is truly a great Florida Golf Experience!
